A playful, embodied approach to storytelling, movement, and voice
Join us for a movement-based experience where stories emerge through the body rather than the page. Using physical improvisation, voice, gesture, and imagination, participants explore new ways of expressing what lives inside them — without scripts, pressure, or performance expectations.
What We Do,
in each Drop-In Session
What We Do,
in each Drop-In Session
- Physical improvisation and guided movement
- Vocal exploration and playful sound
- Image-based storytelling and group creation
- Listening, witnessing, and responding — rather than “acting”
You’ll be invited to move, speak, and create at your own pace. There is no right way to do this work.
The emphasis is on curiosity, responsiveness, and staying connected to what feels honest in the moment.
